Hamas does not understand how grave a situation they have placed Gaza. There is no chance of a mild reprisal. The only chance of any small mercy is the well being of the hostages. They raped tortured and murdered civilians in the hundreds already, so threatening to kill the more they have merely increases the wrath that is crashing onto Gaza. The targeting of foreign nationals has made the few nations with leverage over Israel far less inclined to restrain the IDF. Russia is not a nation with leverage over Israel, in fact they have likely made Israel a supporter of Ukraine now.

@yaqob3275 um, the paltestinians are hardly innocent in that bloodshed and remember the Arabs started the war with the invasion back in 47.

Russia wants this fight to continue, they helped Iran set it up. They hope the war there will move support away from Ukraine.

@yaqob3275 Russia sent the money to arm Hamas by way of Iran. The world will be greatly improved when Russia is gone. It is funny that you think Russia is doing well when they haven't had a victory in over a year
