@bruhthers5709 [shame on you for not understanding that this is war against hamas and not palestinians] Shame on you for not realizing you're being lied to. Again and again and again. Israel has admitted they don't even know if Hamas is in the area of their targeted bombings, but they "think" they are.

@guymontag2948 [Given how many weapons Canada sells to Israel every year and Trudeau making it clear that we'll follow the US's lead even when their position completely contradicts our most basic values as a nation, I feel like we have fully committed to becoming the bad guys, and it shakes my idea of our national identity to the core.] Sadly, Canada crossed that line long ago the moment we didn't insist that NATO membership was a DEFENSIVE alliance and took it upon ourselves to be a battle thrall. Now every dirty little neocon plot the Americans can come up with is something we're likely to participate in. This support of Israel's genocide is just the latest installment in a long line of horrendous foreign policy we should never have been a part of.

Regardless of how people feel about Alberta having their own Pension system like Quebec, every Canadian benefits from forcing Ottawa to open up the books and expose the true health of the CPP.

@bornagain6197 [This is about religion, this is not about land.] This is exclusively about land. Israel wants it but people already live there. So they're going to forcibly remove them via force, otherwise known as genocide. The history of who has rights to ancients lands is ridiculous. Otherwise plenty of native people's could also justify their genocide in any number of countries. The point is, people live there now. The only link to religion is that this is a phenomenon constantly written about and justified in the Bible. But the Bible also got slavery wrong, so it's probably not a good idea to base modern foreign policy on it.

@e-curb [ It's not a genocide, it's just a plain war.] They're attempting to permanently, forcibly, move two million people from Gaza to Sinai without any regard for the lives of civilians. It's literally the definition of genocide. Trail of Tears 2.0.

@simontemplar404 [Odd, I don't hear the same kind of enthusiasm about dealing with Assad in Syria. Maybe the wrong kind of Muslims?] Wow, proof you are truly propagandized and have no clue. The US has tried to create the condition to force a coup in Syria for years. Immediately after the IDF started making their moves the US started bombing Syria. All the while they've been stealing Syrian resources. But yeah, Assad is the bad guy.

@e-curb [The blame lies solely on Hamas. Hamas is in the midst of the war they wanted.] Yes, the war Netanyahu and his government wanted. That's why he funded them. Funny how you buy into this narrative and always leave out that part. [They've been told that all they have to do to end it is to release the hostages.] Is that why the IDF have been shooting and bombing the hostages? Because they care so much? [The world is all about choices. Hamas has made the choice to continue the war.] There's nothing Hamas can do that would stop the genocide, they're just the excuse. [The people of Gaza are suffering the effects of the choice Hamas made.] Ah yes, collective punishment. Let's all encourage violations of the Geneva Convention and then proceed to proclaim our righteousness! [The world's support of what Israel is doing is irrelevant.] You're right. The world should be actively stopping them. But since the US also wants war, they're going to get whatever they want and the war will expand to more than just Israel. If this ever escalates into another world war, just remember that it was people like you that allowed it to happen.

Danielle Smith is doing Canada a service. Whether or not Alberta gets their own provincial pension, seriously discussing it forces the federal government to open the books and evaluate the true health of the CPP. I suspect they've been hiding things from Canadians.

@iiiiii5724 [Are not palestinians and hamas just the same? The nation is called arabians] Taking a subset of a group and make no distinction from a much wider group is the definition of the fallacy of conflation. Are all criminals Black? Are all Americans Republicans? (or are all Canadians Liberals?) Are all Jews Zionists? Are all Germans N-*A-*Z-*I-*s? Can you really not make the distinction or is that you just don't care to?
