@professorakiba434 [Its called ideology.] I would diverge a bit on the nuance. It's not the ideology of politicians that result in these policies, but the ideologies of the electorate that allow politicians to manipulate them to pursue their own, unrelated agendas resulting in policies that don't address the real problems or solve them.

These "refugees" are coming through safe countries like France. They don't NEED to go to the UK at that point. The argument of safety is clearly a lie. Par for the course for GloBULL.

@MrJdebest [Not usually, lightning is the biggest problem.] Respectfully, the biggest problem is the momentum effect of the fires. Poor forest management combined with man-made fires (most of them accidents, not arson) dry out forest areas and set them up for more, naturally occurring fires. And so on, and so on - a self-fulfilling prophecy. People paper over it by claiming climate change as if it's some act of God when there are things we can do directly, independent of a reduction in carbon footprints.
