@CassieAngelica [had they not been innocent, he would have been able to concisely answer the questions asked by reporters...]
He did actually. Listen to the Twitter Space audio. It's the guilty journalists that waffled when asked if they had copied a link that enabled doxxing:
Pseudo-journalist -"uh, no, I didn't post any address information"
Musk - "You posted a link to the banned material. Clever little tricks like this is ban evasion and will still get you banned."
Pseudo-journalist-"But muh Hunter Biden's laptop!"
Give me a break.
[and, as Ben Shapiro called some of them “pseudo-journalists”, calmly and concisely without storming out of the call.]
[Also, he reinstated these accounts after two polls he did which slanted the bias strongly in favour leaving them banned, and people still voted to reinstate them.]
"Storming" in and out of the call is a matter of interpretation (although I don't think it's an accident Twitter Space went down immediately after. And they ARE pseudo-journalists. They're corporate liars and were already hellbent on writing hit pieces about Musk, so why be nice to them? The very reason they posted the links that got them ban was to needle Elon. Well, mission accomplished. And quite frankly, they're a bunch of whiners - the bans were temporary (Elon put up a poll with either an immediate return or a 7 day ban -- none of the options involved anything permanent or particularly long lasting so where do you get that from?).
[Also, I heard that no police report was filed after the incident described. Now, I don’t know whether that’s true, but that has been claimed by many reporting on the incident.]
Who cares if there is or isn't a police report? The issue is they were banned for doxxing. Are you now trying to say it isn't doxxing unless additional criminal activity happens? Someone has to get hurt? A police action has to occur? You and I both know that if it comes to that, the doxx has already done the damage and it's too late. The whole reason to ban doxxing is to PREVENT harm.
If the police don't ultimately get involved, it's still not proof that the potential for serious violence wasn't there.
