  1. I owned a 1981 SR5 4x4, 4 speed manual/manual hubs. I LOVED that truck. MY ONLY/BIG complaint, NO OVERDRIVE. So would an 8speed get better mileage than a 6speed? If I still wanted a truck, I'd take a Taco over all other trucks! Love the color/style! I LOVE plain, don't NEED all those doo dads. Great analysis as usual AMD. 👍
