  1. Like u say,, AMD, alternators MAINTAIN a battery. A battery can have 12v but be at 50% charge. Alternator will kèep it at 50%. You MUST boost with a battery charger. If not fully charged, battery WILL become sulfated faster & will shorten the life of the battery. 👍
