  1. They are scared of losing half of their military & igniting their policy to use low yield missiles......Russia is not halfway done, & still hold a 1,000 mile line in year 3.

  2. America will NOT trade 4,000 ICBMs with Russia. This leaves it to UK & France, who have only 200 each to hit Russia. Russia is capable of turning all of Europe to ash, & survive it. Isreal isn't doing anything about Europe.
