  3. As Council tax is used for vital services and each house pays , the council tax of each houshold should depend on how many people in each house that uses the services to be fair

  4. Why the hell should someone on their own pay the same amount for one person that covers a family of up to god knows how many, one person does not use as many services as a family of 6, what the hell?
