  1. Just casted from phone. 20mph speed limit been in force here in the Scottish Borders. Apparently it's been given the green light to go ahead elsewhere in Scotland. Not sure about this but what a disaster in my local area in the Scottish Borders. So many near accidents. Too long to go into. One driver sticks to 20 another dipstick goes below then another drives in an ok manner but above 20 mph. You try exiting a junction particularly turning right with this shambles. Not to mention bikes overtaking you.

  3. Re electric cars you don't want to be stuck at a junction trying to manoeuvre a right turn in a 20mph zone. No no no no no! Bad move.
