  3. The “banks” are not open to “the public” now, secret deals are made behind closed doors with YOUR so-call “money”! The customer is now a “hinderance” in their eyes as they close even more and more, are council tax payable on these nos open properties, what about if all these banks water pipes burst in the winter?

What a farce these banks(tellars) have become, they are hsppy go count YOUR money in but then try to take YOUR money out because they have already lent YOUR money out and then cannot get it back in the same quantity as YOU entrusted them with, talk about DAYLIGHT ROBBERY, has has nothing on this but they are going back to those feudal times when the Lord of the Manor owned everything and you were worthless!
