  1. Ireland getting a bit like this too now . New heat pumps in the houses costa a fortune to run €340 a week for heat and then electricity.its mental ! I had turn mine down as it was ridiculous and afraid next time it be €400 a week . I love simple lifestyle like you too . Prepay phone €12.99 no tv subscription or. Use public transport get on tax saver ticket which unlimited buses trans and walk other places . No car . Don’t smoke . Don’t drink. Don’t buy clothes on monthly basis or shoes . I do my own nails as used be nail tech but since work healthcare/social care I cannot have them done bar my toenails lol 😂 but yep Unfort we have live on simple simple lives now they think .i don’t even have healthcare a shoppifn around for some for my son and I . I’m deaf too n work 48 hours a week bs have save 2k a year for hearing aids in order to work .

  2. In Ireland cheaper go abroad then it is stay in own country and go to a hotel for two nights would take me to Spain for a week half board . I work 48-60 hours weekly over 3 days 24 hour shifts so I budget my money and don’t buy things like tv subscription or expensive wifi or clothes /shoes on monthly basis so I’m able to save for holiday after tax season but I go to places where my friends live and that cuts accommodation. Iv mates in Poland so we go there for 4 days coat €60 return for my son and I.
