  1. The US is not blocking every country. Cuba can't trade because they have almost nothing to trade with, which is a direct result of the socialism. In order to trade you need to have something to give in return but in a country where investing is pretty much out of the question as the government owns everything, there is very little production in the country. This is why socialism will always be a failure.
