@Blitzkers99 Actually no, Russia started it when they invaded and illegally took control of Crimea. Water was running freely to Crimea before that.

If the US didnt supply weapons for Ukraine to defend themselves, Ukraine would still be fighting Russians but with guerilla warfare. More Ukranians would have died, more women would have been assaulted, more children would have been stolen.
