  2. Scotland is owed 8,2 billion for the 8,2% population charge of the 100 billion overcost of hs2. Wales is owed 3 billion for their 3% population charge of the English only project. Get our money up that road now with interest.

  3.  @isnitjustkit  Wales will be charged 3% population share and Scotland charged 8,2% for paying someone elses debt on this for no benefit atall. 100 billion overcost so far? thats 3 billion England owes to Wales and 8,2 billion to Scotland. Do we own it and are entitled to 3% and 8,2% of the fares? Can we borrow against our ownership?
