Will we be able to charge health tourists from England for access to our NHS since they'l be paying for it in their own country?

Will Scotland, Wales and NI be able to start charging health tourists from England for access to our NHS's since the English will be paying for it in their own Country therefore should not have a loophole coming here ?

@deponentverb3954 NI should be scrapped then? why have national insurance tax and also pay for private insurance on top?
1
@deponentverb3954 Wouldn't income tax be increased then? 25 million American's do not have health insurance, this is the equivalent to 44% of England's population, according to ONS Population Estimates.

But not the church of England one of the biggest land owners?

Why is England's top rate of income tax 3% lower than Scotland's?

What's England being skint got to do with us?

@ksj1526 Since there is no single UK-wide NHS, What does England's NHS moving to an insurance based system have to do with Scotland?
1
@timelord5920 No single ''UK'' health service.

@timelord5920 No single UKwide health service, its also not a country.
1
@timelord5920 No single Union wide health service. The Kings Fund is a English think tank covering only England. The Union is not a Country. Why is there a minister for the Union if its a Country? Why is that ministry needed? What does it do? what funding does it receive? how many people work in it? how many salaries?

GP's not part of the NHS so that won't raise money for the NHS that money will go to private parking companies.
