  1. CC land destroyed the ancient temples that lasted hundreds, even thousands of years and replace them with tofu buildings that crack or even collapse in less than 30 years

  2. The issue is much of the materials are out of spec e.g. "rebar" that bends like rubber, rulers that have different lengths for the same centimeter, sea sand for concrete etc etc
