@paulroberts3639 That would constitute an attack on any NATO country if fallout contaminated their soils and it's grounds for an Article Five response. Suddenly, Russia will officially be at war with 31 technologically advanced (compared to them) enemies. The trolls think that they already are but what a surprise ....

Who said that the Russians are intelligent? One nuke and the gloves come off. Extreme restraint has been shown up 'til now (in spite of the hysteria from the Russian trolls on here).
