There are 955 million citizens of NATO countries (Russia has 142 million) and if there were a protracted conflict, the call ups would be in the several millions. 3.5 are ready, more or less immediately. You just have to get them all there but they will if they have to. The Russian trolls have no idea what they are trying to summon up because this information has been kept from them.
