  5. Long defensive lines like this have a dismal history of success. The Russians would have been better off using the resources they've just wasted on a defensive line that will likely be driven around (like the Maginot line was) and training, feeding and equipping their soldiers to be fighters rather than canon fodder.

  6. Yes, they will. The Russian army will be defeated. Then, they will rebel and string up Putin leading to the dissolution of the Russian Federation and the Russian people will be freed from their oppressors. It's a win-win all around.
