They're reduced to third rate (third mobilization wave) conscripts consisting of the less healthy, older, bums and alcoholic hobos from all of the Asian territories of the Russian Federation as far away from Moscow as possible. Whatever passed for a "professional army" there is dead, already leaving the dregs that didn't have the means or ambition to escape Russia.
