  3. I think that the Western countries collectively can manufacture that many. Russia is using up their 4-5 decades old Soviet inventory, all the while pounding Russian settlements to brick dust and they will run out a lot sooner. North Korea is helping them out. China seems to saying "sorry" to the Russians and Russian industrial output is dismal even in good times.
