NATO is a 32 country defensive alliance, not some thing that lurches around the landscape like Baba Yaga's hut making war. NATO is not yet engaged but if you want it to actually go to war with Russia, all you have to do is attack a NATO country. Simple. Then you can prove your theory about how mighty Russia is.
