  1.  @threethrushes  Their Soviet era navy is more or less totally obsolete. Warships cost money ... lots and lots of it and Russia does not generate that sort of wealth so they are tobogganing downhill on their Soviet assets here as well as on the battlefield.

  2. The Russians should have glass bottom boats to view the last Russian fleet that the Japanese sent to the bottom. The ultra-modern, creative and high tech Japanese will likely make mince meat out of the incompetent Russians puffing about in their obsolete rust buckets. It's kind of pathetic, really.
