You figure that NATO maintains a "pay role" like that? It's an alliance of 32 nations that operates by committee. There is no "office" where a paymaster sends money to Russian fascists.

"The West" is a civilization of about 2 billion people. "The West" is something that the Russians aspire to be part of but will never get there. "The West" is where human evolution is shooting ahead, leaving Russians in their caves.

You know those videos showing pathetic groups of Russian soldiers who haven't eaten for a week or paid for three months petitioning Mr Putin to intervene on their behalf, thinking "If Vladimir Vladimirovich only knew what was going wrong, he would fix it for us." ? Maybe, Girkin is operating under the same delusion.
