  3.  @anthonymorris5084  No, but if what you are drinking is "legacy" water that was frozen into a glacier thousands of years ago, precipitation isn't going to keep up with the previous precipitation PLUS the melting ice that you are consuming now. The North American Western cities have the same crisis looming. They consume current precipitation plus melt water from the past precipitation.
