  4.  @markdalbey  That's one of aa long list of reasons that the Russians will lose this war. They had no preparations for a long campaign and they don't possess the industrial capacity to make up the shortfalls.

  5. Okay, so they print 10.5% more Rubles to pay their soldiers more but that will devalue the Ruble by about 10.5% .
