The Germans are gushing over with generosity. I'm assuming that 14 is a magic number to match the British Challenger tank donation. Germany will be embarrassed at their stinginess before this is all over.

@lise1255 Speak for yourself. It took the Americans almost 3 years to step up seriously. Britain and Canada stepped up at the beginning and worked feverishly to increase outputs for the first 3 years.

@lise1255 Yup. Canada declared war a week later than the UK after Parliamentary and internal debate. It wasn't automatic anad one of the groups objecting were the WWI veterans.

@orvalprosacco1951 Probably but it would have supported Putin's narrative that this is an aggressive proxy war being waged by Western powers when in fact, they have been reacting to Russian actions all along.
