  1. I am going to assume these MiG-29s are updated. 1983 radars will not cut it. Polish Air Force now has F-35s.

  2. F-16s (introduced in 1978 btw) with Viper upgrade will make short work out of most Russian fighter jets except SU-35s. Ability to see enemy before they see you and superior air to air missiles.
