  1. Another question to the first one, where do we go from here? Today it seems like everybody has exactly what they want, guns are rapid fire, extremely reliable, historically light weight, and can be exactly as lethal as the user wants. Sure caseless is a general direction but that adds several layers of complexity itself but rate of fire isnt really an issue and the weight of weapons and ammo are not where soldiers are putting on weight these days.
