  2. yes go foreign but you will have to live in that country. bringing them back will probably not work, they will just become corrupted. There is perhaps another way if you are a man with wealth. You could find a successful career women who would like to have a child but is not really all that interested in a husband. You make an arrangement. put it all into writing with both lawyers present. you live in separate homes but right next door to one another. you can have a marriage ceremony in church if that is your big hang up. Then you live lives as friendly co-parents but not really as a real marriage. I have seen one man do this and it worked out pretty well. They had two children and they often did things together as a family but mostly led separate lives and so there were none of the expectations that a married woman has on a man. Of course the guy paid most of the bills but he was well off.
