  1. My family made ice cream the old way every year till my Daddy died in 1978. I remember seeing them break up ice too, and add rock salt. After that, kin folks bought electric icecream churns.

  4. I thought you learned your ice cream lesson last year. The men are supposed to turn handle on ice cream churn. In my family, that would be only way anyone got ice cream, lolololol.
