  2. If their "Intelligence" is that great, why haven't they just "moved out of the way" of Normal Attacks on the Front Lines, and saved Lives(and Equipment) of their Attacking forces?   3.  @GusCraft460  Under "normal" circumstances, yes... But as in Fukashima, the Water source/method of Water delivery has been comprimised. With the Dam blown, there is FAR less water available for normal cooling. And if the Reactors are comprimised, that just Opens them up to the "wild"(sets all the yucky stuff free to roam the countryside)
