  5. Under the laws, there is nothing different between fully cleared and not charged. Under either situation, the existing evidence is either very weak, fabricated or nonexistent to win a conviction in a court of law. At least, that is how the laws work in the United States of America.

  32. The average restaurant profit margin usually falls between 3 – 5 percent. Also, according to the National Restaurant Association the restaurant industry has failure rate of about 30%. In other words, one in three restaurants won’t survive their first year. It’s a very tough business to be in. So stop throwing around the word “greedy”.
