  1. Our country was invaded by people who were not authorized to cross our borders. We have a military that is being used to secure other countries’ borders (for example, South Korea) so why can’t it be deployed to protect our own borders? The least the US military can do is to provide logistical support to ICE and to patrol our borders to free up Customs and Border Protection agents so that they can do their jobs.

According to the Department of Labor : “Section 218 of the Immigration and Nationality Act authorizes the lawful admission into the United States of temporary, nonimmigrant workers (H-2A workers) to perform agricultural labor or services of a temporary or seasonal nature.”. So there is a LEGAL way for foreigners to come to work in the US. These workers also MUST be paid legal wages and offered a safe working environment. When the Democrats fight deportation, they are also defending a labor system that exploits immigrants with slave wages and inhumane working conditions.

The investigation started in late 2020 and lasted for 3 years until the DOJ decided to close it without filing any charges after determining that 2 key witnesses were not credible.

It’s called the H-2B program for seasonal labor. But some farmers prefer illegals because they’d work for much lower wages. The Democrats are actually encouraging slave labor.
