  2. Sure the bases were in Germany but the training areas were in the baltic generally. Doenitz is not on record so far as I have read about needing Courland for training but indeed having a place to train where you're not getting bombed is quite necessary for a completely untrained crew.

  3. 4:13 Nukes, and submarines to deliver them. Germany had plenty of enriched uranium, cold war disinformation to the contrary. Whether it also had a trigger (hint: gun design) is the only real question. Courland was where all the u-boat training took place. So yeah, fighting in Courland was strategically logical, just not for the reasons you might think.

  5. Swastikas are illegal in Germany for sure. Probably are also illegal in Russia too. Are almost certainly illegal in Israel. Would you put 3 year olds dressed with red lipstick and not tops in miniskirts in your videos? You can't really complain if you do something offensive about lost advertizing revenue.
