  5.  @victorleser6413  yeah, i didn't address the private censorship idea; amazon clearly has market dominance. a dominant market player can abuse their dominance. i don't think anyone would call this refusal to sell an abuse of diminant position. it's not like amazon is trying to run someone out of business. still, it does have a de facto monopoly. i would call it "quasi censorship".
