The notion that global policymakers care about the environment can be easily disproven... It was the very same policymakers / institutions / political parties / NGOs, and often the same individuals who persistently pushed for mass-immigration and acceptance of 'refugees'. Yesterday I suffered another trip to a city. As I looked around at the ethnic diversity—Arabic children glued to smartphones, Asian men in gas-guzzling high-status cars, African women in straightened hair and high fashion, Oriental people loading up their shopping trolleys with globally produced goods—I was reminded that these immigrants are in most cases transformed into 'high-impact' consumers when they arrive on Western shores. In their ancestral homelands they'd have a lower 'carbon score'.
