Comments by "" (@DKSingh-wf8tn) on "Why Bihar CM Nitish Kumar can’t say no to Lalu u0026 Tejashwi Yadav if u0026 when they want JD(U)-RJD merger" video.
We can't rule out last-minute hitches although there is nobody else in the JDU- except Kushwaha, probably- who can date object to whatever Nitish Kumar decides. Frankly, I am also keeping my fingers crossed about Kumar. He is quite unpredictable even though he doesn't seem to have many options left. As for the cadre, JDU has none. It's all Nitish Kumar's personal appeal or whatever is left of it.

Agree. There are many question marks- Nitish Kumar's unpredictability being the biggest. I am just building on how Bihar's political circles are interpreting the RJD resolution. Also, Nitish Kumar has always been about power since 1998. We can just stick our neck out and see that what suits him best. Merger suits him as I can see and the RJD's intent is also clear. As a political observer who likes tomout two plus two together, I can go just this far. But when it comes to Nitish Kumar, I must concede he can always spring a surprise and prove me wrong.

There is no disagreement here. Modi is always the face no matter whether the BJP has a face or not. In Assembly elections, however, when other parties have established faces, it does make a difference. But it's just my opinion, of course.

Smaller constituents will be up for grabs, obviously. I am.probably sounding cynical but the highest bidder is likely to get their support. Congress and Communists will go with Nitish-Lalu, for sure. I am not sure about Owaisi though. My hunch is neither side will be interested in engaging. I am still waiting to hear Nitish about the RJD resolution though. He is so unpredictable.
