  4. You have a point, Apurva, about the likelihood of the Congress-Left alliance checking, to a certain extent, exodus of their workers towards the BJP. It would help the TMC. What may, however, hurt the Trinamool is the likelihood of the ISF splitting it's Muslim votebank. If Siddiqui fails to swing Muslim votes away from the TMC, it would be a different story. As for Assam, I want to travel around a bit in the state before saying something. Assam contest is getting interesting though.
