  1. I have an 18 GS RWD which I have Amd service for me. He had mentioned when I was at his shop that the RWD is much easier to service vs. AWD such as half shafts thru the oil pan... on AWD which mine doesn't have. I purposely chose RWD for this reason since I will keep the car long term. For example: if the timing cover gasket leaks on an AWD I think it requires engine removal but, on RWD it does not due to extra clearance I think?! I don't remember everything he mentioned on the advantages but it just made sense to me for less complications mechanically. This car is a summer car only for me in Illinois since I don't drive it in the winter so, RWD just made more sense to me long term.

  2. Especially with thee crazy amounts of snow Iowa gets that AWD is needed. Hope you have great luck with your GS! @anthony-i1k8c
