  3. I had instructors who didn't teach. They told kids to buy expensive propaganda books full of misinformation (regarding history especially; not math), and then assigned pages to read, and gave a ton of homework as if they were the only teacher doing so, with no regard for the life and free time of the students. But as a teacher in Scambodia, I get paid only 300 a month, AFTER the raise from 200. Long story, but deseprate times called for desperate measures. I had lost a job when Iw s new to teaching, for being too poor to eat food, so I lacked energy, and for being too nice to the brats. Later I would be criticized by stupid parents for disciplining their brats. The customer is almost always wrong.
