And if all it takes to justify mass theft of land is 1600 years, then Tibet in the hands of China for 1600 years will justify China's stealing of it, by your own standard. If Tibet could get away with theft because of time, China should have the same privilege. The so-called "Dalai Lama" is an evil devil-worshipping mason, just like Xi Jinping who pretends to be an atheist. The Dalai Lama doesn't care that Japan stole from the Ainu, nor that the US stole Hawaii. He cares only for his own people. He's selfish. If Tibet had an empire, he would be defending it.
