@richardcory5024 the West needs Ukraine to establish an outpost of nato, plain and simple. The West did it earlier in middle Asia, such as in Kyrgyz republic, also in Afganistan and Iraq. Those attempts failed, some earlier, some later. Nowadays the West plays dangerous game with Russia. All cheap talks about 'defending human rights of ukranians, defending europe' are for naive and badly educated persons. The funny thing is that westerners underestimated ukranians. They exploite westerners for their own interests, not asking but already demanding money, weaponry, ammunitions.
