Hodges acknowledgement of his "embarrassingly" wrong assessments of Russia's military capabilities before Feb. 24, only speaks to his competence and the ability to be agile and adapt to what is actually happening, which incidentally is exactly the qualities the Russian is lacking.

@Mariote777 Not exactly a mystery that Russia’s military have a command structure that isn’t the most efficient one, ie not so agile and adaptable.

It really is an absolute certainty that Russia will never win, but how they think they have even the slightest chance of winning is a complete mystery to me. If they miraculously would defeat Ukraine, actually it would probably not even get that far before NATO would start to pick them apart. The best chance they have is to create a split between countries but by a large amount the opposite is true. I don't know what the deal is with Germany at the moment but I think it's safe to say they will come around eventually.
