Fair point. But it's also been 3 years of the Russian economy worsening and now it's looking worse than ever going into stagflation even. Simultaneously Russia's stock pile of munition and weapon systems are soon gone. That's a huge difference compared to Ukraine who will continue to get new weapons (and money for their own production) while Russia have to buy it but with what money? Maybe Putin could force people to work for less money for a while but sooner or later it's going to collapse. And when it does it will be fundamentally as everything have been depleted so deeply and widely. 2025 is the year when Putin will be no more.
