Yeah well Russians are dying at a 7:1 ratio, Ukraine will hold out as long as the killing is good and as soon as they start taking casualties at a 1:1 ratio they will withdraw. So goes a war of attrition and that is what this definitely is with neither side winning or moving and real distance. As bad as Ukraines summer offensive was Russias offensive in Advika is just as bad, they are taking massive loses for little land to take a purely political town.

Then why has Russia only gained a few hundred meters in over two months despite having the deadliest month of the entire war? Russia is going nowhere, Ukraine is going nowhere, it’s a statement in a war of attrition which Russia will eventually win but only to abandon years later as their cost of fighting a asymmetrical insurgency in Ukraine will become too great.

@juliansilva5272 That’s overall casualties, the entire war and they are somewhere around 1:3 in favor of Ukraine but not in the current battle just like it wasn’t in Bakhmut, only Advika is even deadlier. Russia does not care how many troops it loses, they are sending their wounded back into the battle and those poor mobilized bastards have been there for a year with no relief.

In over two months the second largest military in world has only been able to capture a few hundred meters while losing thousands of men trying to take a worthless city in a war of attrition that is a total stalemate and going nowhere for either side, and thus clueless amateur calls it “big gains”! 😂😂😂

Russia exposed to the world what a complete & incompetent joke it’s garbage military is, nobody fears Russia anymore, they have destroyed their economy & future and for what, a little strip of land for the largest country in the world?? Millions of the best educated most skilled workers have fled the country while hundreds of thousand of others have died in a unnecessary war that never happened, Russia lost as soon as they couldn’t capture Kiev in 3 days or all of Ukraine in two weeks as planned and now the entire world knows their military and its weapons are far far below what the west has, Russia used to be the 2nd largest supplier of weapons in the world and now they can’t give their garbage away.

@garybeaton3802 That’s not even close to comparing apples to apples, you are trying to compare a single nation having a civil war with a nation who was invaded by a immensely more powerful nation who is trying to destroy their country, their culture and their identity as a people. This isn’t the Civil War my friend, this is Vietnam and this is Afghanistan and just like America finally grew tired of the cost of staying in those places and went home so will Russia in Ukraine.

@alpsalish He also supports Hamas and the two videos he made on the Gaza conflict are hilariously inaccurate, just as inaccurate as his predictions for this war. He talked about how Hamas was going to cause massive damage to Israel and how the IDF was too risk-adverse to bring the fight to Hamas. Now that the IDF has swept through Gaza almost at will with very light losses in armor and a 50:1 kill ratio against Hamas he stopped reporting on it, not even Alex can spin that conflict for his fans and keep a straight face lol. This is an interesting channel, nothing else like it now that YT kicked Scott Ritter off.

These guys are being sent in human meat-wave attacks where they are taking massive casualties to take little ground, that’s what’s happening, Russia still has a garbage military, that has not changed and neither have the lines for the last year - look at a map of the line in December 2022 and they are virtually the exact same, nobody is going anywhere in this war, it’s a stalemate war of attrition where only a few hundred meters are exchanged back & forth.

Russia has done nothing with Bakhmut, has not moved a single inch further into the Donbas in the 9 months they have taken it which was supposed to be the reason they took it. Unbelievable this is what goes for a victory in the Russian military, almost a year to take a town of 60k on their own border while America takes a city of 6 million on the other side of the world in only 3 weeks 😂.

@pertsonvelts1699 Alex has the niche market of pro Russian content pretty much cornered on YouTube, he makes money off the pro-Russian crowd by telling them what they want to hear not the truth or the reality of what’s really going on and a cursory search of articles from any of the worlds respected military think tanks will prove that and of course he has never fact-checked. It’s a clever gig if you think about it, plenty of pro-Ukraine channels to choose from and the Vatniks need a place too but the way they always claim how unbiased he and they are how they gush over him with their man-crushes is just nauseating. Alex posted a photo of himself on the beach while on vacation and these guys were going on and on about what a great body he has, how he could “take Bakhmut himself with muscles like that”.

Bot farms are a product of Russia, Pregozin owned the largest, and are used to influence public opinion and disinformation on all the evil shit they do on forums. The west does not need them, if they did they would have them but it’s just not necessary. Russia is the master of propaganda & misinformation and always has but they haven’t done as well with digital media besides deep-fakes, most of their other propaganda is so transparent it’s laughable. Also people from the west are much better educated and have a higher level of intellect compared to those of you in the 3rd world and are far less susceptible to it.

@atoll8423 What you are listing to is propaganda not “leaked” casualty numbers. Nobody knows the exact numbers, the US & UK military intelligence have the most accurate accounting and they aren’t talking but we do have satellite photographs that are analyzed by a few different groups around the world who only count visually confirmed dead & destroyed equipment and they all say the Russian loses in Advika are astounding and the largest of the entire war. Russia is on the offensive so of course they are going to take more casualties but when you consider their only tactic that has ever been successful, meat-wave attacks, their casualty rate is 7 times that of Ukraine and that’s not a problem for Putin. Russia has always taken massive casualties to take any amount of territory given their tactics and this war is no different, it’s the Russian way but hey they gained a kilometer or two haven’t they?
