Look at Ahmed's sub numbers climbing curve and ~22k views so far on this episode alone. 20 years+ of annual attrition makes these old LS4xx Lexus' a shrinking population in a niche market. Already, some not as well executed as Ahmed's are in Barrett-Jackson pricing territory, with more to follow. Cheers!

  3. Agreed. Ahmed and other tenants are catching hell again from the afternoon wine Karen's on the hill behind and above his shop. Karen's houses can be seen when he drives to body shop. That light commercial/industrial area was zoned, built and occupied before hill homes were constructed. Karens should accept reality and STFU. They will not because Homer Glen's politicians fear them. Cheers!
