  1. Unlike america, gays are not common in japan. Most of japanese men are heterosexual and even those minority of japanese men that fall love with other men are ACTUALLY bisexual. True homosexuals that only attracted to men(sexually) are not that many in japan. Although there are tons of gay/transgeneder things in media like BL(boys love) comics/anime/novels with gay sex scenes that were written by female writers/authors and gay porn/ tansgenders/crossdressers shown up so often on TV but still, there are only a few homosexuals among japanese men in reality
