@SouthoftheHill Yep, if you look at the history of the Frankfurt school (or the "Institut fur Marxismus" (Institute for Marxism), as they were going to call themselves, but, ever desirous of
downplaying their Marxist roots, its founders thought it prudent to adopt
a less provocative title) and how Columbia
University allowed them to set up camp in 1935 at Teachers’ College, alot of things start to make sense. Good luck using Google tho, all you will get are fluff pieces denying anything about their marxist ambitions.
For clarity, consider the words of Max Horkheimer, director of the Frankfurt School in 1930: “The Revolution won’t happen with guns, rather it will happen incrementally, year by year, generation by generation. We will gradually infiltrate their educational institutions and their political offices, transforming them slowly into Marxist entities as we move towards universal egalitarianism.”

@MikeBrown-go1pc 1- The Germans had already given up on the idea on an invasion of the UK, they couldn't get air superiority the first time and it would have been even harder the longer the war went on. Once Germany declared war on Russia, they were doomed. Germany didn't stand a chance against the Russians, once the initial attack ran out of steam, and the red army recovered from Stalins purges, which it did, the German army was doomed, even without allied aid (although it would have taken slightly longer) the Russians would still have won. The red army was already in Poland (again, they invaded it with Germany in 39) when D-day happened, it could be argued that one of the results of D-day was that it stopped the Russian rolling on through to the Spanish border. The Red army and the Bombing of Germany, US by Day, RAF by night, plus the Brit code breakers at Bletchley Park are what destroyed the German war machine.
Regardless of who runs the treasury, most of the gold from the Brits treasury went to the US.
