  2. Absolutely agree, hopefully this will lead to procedural changes where instead of arrest in this type of situation the drunk guy is issued with a fine and his keys are taken off him and he has to collect his keys and car the next day.

  3. Eric L you obviously haven’t heard of suicide by cop. All those people have to do is reach for a gun and they’ll get hit by a hail of bullets.

  4. The shooting was justified, however I agree . I don’t think people should be arrested if they are sleeping of a night on the drink in their car. The keys take off them to be collected the next day at the police station.
